Shipping Policy
At DUNE OF JUNE, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy is as follows: all orders will be shipped out only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. To ensure the timely delivery of your purchase, please make sure to place your order by the cut-off time on the day before the shipping day.

Orders over $85+ receive automatic free shipping.

All jewelry items are final sale and cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.

All products are subject to availability. If an item in the order placed is unavailable, you will be notified and given a store credit.

We cannot change an address that is already in transit.

We cannot Forward packages or ship to forwarding addresses.

Flat shipping fees of $6.99 added at checkout.

Additional Re-shipping fees (Based on location) for orders that are returned to us for the following reasons. These include packages that are Return to sender, Insufficient address, unpaid customs and etc.

Customs Fees are based on your location and local government, We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged a custom fee.

We ship all orders from our warehouse Tuesday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 5-10 business days (T-Fr) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week.

DUNE OF JUNE is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses given by the customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation requests or changes to your order as packages are often sent out same day.

Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return an item. Our return policy is in place to ensure that returns are handled efficiently and fairly. To initiate a return, you must first contact us to receive approval. If your return is eligible, we will issue a cash card that can be used towards a future purchase on our site. Please note that all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and be in the original condition and packaging.
